KIPPRA, in collaboration with the National Treasury, Kenya National Bureau of Statistics, Council of Governors, County Assemblies Forum, UNICEF, UN Women and UNDP, is implementing the children, youth and gender-sensitive planning and budgeting programme in the country. The programme involves preparation of reports, county briefs and training of identified staff at national and county levels on public finance planning and budgeting with focus on children, youth and women.
