This course is designed to enlighten public officers on their role in government system and cultivate their ownership in supporting the government to execute its mandate. It also helps to enhance the knowledge base of public and private sector practioners on government operations as well as prepare and develop leaders, managers, analysts and administrators to take up challenges of governance structures in the public sector. The course covers the technical and policy aspects of governance and the complex interplay between agencies and institutions at all levels of government.
