KIPPRA hosted KIPPRA -AERC Dissemination Workshop for studies on “Income Inequality and Growth: Calibration and Simulation for the Kenyan Economy”; “Coping Strategies, the Standard of Living and Inequalities during the COVID-19 Period”; and “Effect of COVID-19 on the Labour Market in Kenya” on 8th December 2023 in Nairobi, Kenya.

AERC’s Manager of Research Dr Scholastica Odhiambo and KIPPRA’s Head of Social Sector Department, Mr Boaz Munga, facilitated the workshop. The studies provided evidence-based policy recommendations for addressing income inequality while promoting sustainable economic growth in Kenya. The dissemination workshop was attended by representatives from public and private sectors.
