Exploring Partnership to Boost Research in Manufacturing Sector

On the 28th of January 2020, the Executive Director of the Kenya Institute for Public Policy Research and Analysis (KIPPRA), Dr. Rose Ngugi, paid a courtesy call to Trade Mark East Africa (TMEA) to explore possible collaboration and partnership.

Currently, KIPPRA’s focus is to inform the Big Four Agenda by undertaking research, policy analysis and capacity building projects. Given TMEA’s role in transforming trade through increased physical access to markets, enhanced trade environment and improved business competitiveness, KIPPRA would benefit from a partnership, especially in policy research and analysis relating to the manufacturing and private sector.
