KIPPRA and Siaya County Government signed an MOU on mutual areas of collaboration on 6th September 2024 in Siaya County. The signing ceremony of the MOU was attended by KIPPRA Executive Director Dr Rose Ngugi and Siaya County Governor, Hon. James Orengo. The mutual areas of collaboration including capacity building of county staff on public policy making process and tools of policy analysis, undertaking joint research and workshops among others. Also in attendance were Director Corporate Services, Ms Irene Mithia, Research Mentor, Dr George Lutomia and a host of KIPPRA and County staff.
