KIPPRA signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Baringo County Government on 12th March 2025. The MOU outlines mutual areas of collaboration between the two institutions focusing on undertaking joint research, strengthening the county government’s capacity in research and analysis and a tree planting exercise.
The signing ceremony was attended by KIPPRA Ag. Executive Director, Dr Eldah Onsomu and the Governor, Baringo County Government, H.E. Hon. Benjamin C. Cheboi, in the presence of staff from both institutions. This partnership marks a significant step towards advancing evidence-based policy decision making at the county level.
