KIPPRA Runs Wellness Programme for Staff

Jubilee Health Insurance, in partnership with KIPPRA and Antara Health, conducted a basic health metrics collection session on Friday, 9th August 2024, gathering data on weight, height, blood pressure, and blood sugar levels. This data will help develop a baseline for an individualized wellness programme.

Wellness programmes are vital as they promote healthy behaviours, enhance productivity, reduce healthcare costs, boost employee morale, decrease absenteeism, and contribute to a positive workplace culture. They also help attract and retain talent, manage stress, improve team cohesion, and offer long-term benefits by fostering a healthier, more engaged workforce.
