KIPPRA participated in the Sokoni Agribusiness Expo & Conference on May 13, 2026, with Assistant Director, Productive Sector Department, Dr Evans Ngenoh, representing the Institute in a panel discussion on “Counties as Job Enablers: What Works on the Ground.”
The session examined the role of county governments in creating an enabling environment for agribusiness investment and employment. Discussions focused on the importance of supportive policies, infrastructure development and stronger market systems in promoting value addition, attracting investment and creating sustainable jobs across the agricultural sector.
