KIPPRA hosted a delegation from the Prospect Peace Institute Africa (PPI) on 4th February 2025 for discussions on potential areas of collaboration in research, capacity building, and other joint initiatives. Representing KIPPRA were Dr. Eldah Onsomu, Acting Executive Director, and Dr. Eliud Moyi, Deputy Director- Partnerships Department.
The discussions between KIPPRA and PPI-Africa focused on leveraging each organization’s strengths to address challenges related to peace and security in the region. This collaboration aims to enhance evidence-based policy formulation and implementation, contributing to sustainable development.

PPI-Africa, an independent policy research and consultancy firm based in Nairobi, focuses on addressing contemporary global geopolitical dynamics affecting economic, political, and military spheres. The institute aims to influence policymaking in areas such as security, defense, foreign policy, peacebuilding, conflict prevention, governance, regional integration, and cross-border relations in Africa.
