The initiative seeks to strengthen leadership, governance, and accountability in public financial management systems across the continent, with the goal of enhancing fiscal discipline, transparency, and effective service delivery.

The KIPPRA team was led by Ag. Head of Governance Department, Dr. Nancy Nafula, and comprised staff from the Macro, Capacity Building, Governance, Knowledge Management, Finance, Audit, Communications, and Partnerships departments. The ACBF delegation was represented by Mr. Rodolphe Bance, Mr. Mohamed Salat, and Dr. Olga Karari.
