KIPPRA Executive Director Dr Rose Ngugi paid a courtesy call to Kakamega County Governor, H.E Fernandes Barasa during the launch of Kakamega County Integrated Development Plan (CIDP) 2023-2027 on 18th May 2023. Dr Ngugi was accompanied by Economic Planning Secretary, Ms Katherine Muoki and Director, New Partnerships for Africa’s Development (NEPAD) Mr.Peter Kimemia.
