Induction Workshop for KIPPRA Staff

KIPPRA held an induction workshop for new staff and interns who joined the Institute. The induction gave the new staff an opportunity to learn more about Institute’s mandate and individual staff roles and responsibilities.

Staff keenly follow the proceedings of the workshop

The workshop was opened by Director, Corporate Services, Ms Irene Mithia. Ms Mithia encouraged the interns, research assistants, temporary staffs and attachees to be ready and willing to learn and support the Institute in the achievement of its mandate. The workshop saw heads of departments make presentations on the functions of their respective departments. The staff also got an opportunity to learn more about the code and conduct of the Institute.
